The Air Line Hookah 'IronMan XL' Surface Floating Compressor underwater breathing rig. Powered by Honda's 4 HP, 4-cycle, OHV engine (arguably the most popular small engine in the world), with a run time of three hours on two and 1/2 qts. gas. Here's a mind boggler for you: Four divers being able to dive for three hours on a system that weighs 90 lbs. (54 handling of the compressor/engine assembly in the carrying case, 36 lbs. for the soft goods) and will take up less that five sq. feet of deck space, will replace four full sets of scuba with three tanks each. That's 560 lbs. and will consume about 20 sq. feet of space if properly loaded and stored (you know how long that will last). Compressor/engine assembly is mounted in our same 19 by 25 by 17 inch high, Polypropylene case. White rubber feet are installed on the bottom for deck protection when using off the float. Our 1,000 denier, U/V stabilized, high-viz, Cordura cover protects a dependable inner tube. The float, of course, inflates off the compressor in about a minute. The basic system for two divers will include the compressor/engine assembly mounted in the case, with the Cordura covered float, an air intake snorkel that doubles as a diver-down flag staff (legal size flag included), two fully swiveled, 60 foot air hoses with washable particle filters, two hose-retention belts, two fully adjustable regulators by IDI and a large vented gear bag. Suffice it to say it's a turn-key (or pull-cord) system requiring only your personal gear, a little gas and a body of water (not included).
